🔎 Recently, the community has received many questions and suggestions from users, and we've found that many new friends have the same doubts. Today, we’re sharing a small feature & frequently asked questions to clarify, please check below 👇 1️⃣ Community Topic Feature (requires the app to be updated to version 6.165 or higher) Path: APP → Community → Recommendations (top can switch between "Follow", "Discover", "News" sections) Want to participate in hot discussions? Two ways: • When posting, click # to select a topic tag, and your post will enter the corresponding topic page • In the 【Discover】 section, you can view daily hot topics and popular posts to see what everyone is talking about 2️⃣ Creator Center Path: APP → Community → Top left avatar → Click on 【👤】 in the top right → Enter 【Creator Center】 Here you can view your content performance data, a few notes: • Data is not updated in real-time, please refer to the time dimension displayed in the "Data Analysis" module • Only statistics for posts on OKX are counted, data from X is not reflected here • If you just activated your creator identity, it will take some time for data to start accumulating, don’t worry 3️⃣ X (Twitter) Post Synchronization Path: APP → Community → Top left avatar → Click on 【Bind X】 in the top right → Complete authorization After enabling synchronization, you need to understand: • Only new tweets posted after binding will be synchronized, historical tweets will not be backtracked • Not all tweets will be synchronized; currently supports ordinary tweets with text or images, retweets, and tweet threads • Tweets containing videos/GIFs, replies to others, long articles, and card link tweets are not supported • Content that does not comply with the "OKX Community Guidelines" will also not be synchronized • Synchronization has a certain delay, it’s not real-time, just wait a moment after posting 📌 Posts synchronized can also participate in creator incentive settlements! 4️⃣ Live Streaming Feature The current live streaming product is still in invite-only testing and is not open to all users yet. If you are interested in live streaming, please pay attention to the upcoming full release notification, we will announce it on the community as soon as possible. 5️⃣ Group Chat Feature Due to recent governance of group chat regulations, we have removed the feature for ordinary users to display public groups on personal homepages, which has made it a bit uncomfortable for many friends, we apologize for that 🙏 Current group chat rules: • The maximum number of participants for groups created by ordinary users is 10 • The maximum number of participants for groups created by VIP users is 50 • You can view and join official group chats at the bottom of the community → Discover page • More KOL & official collaboration group chats will gradually be opened, stay tuned 6️⃣ Post Management Currently supported operations: like, comment, draft box, delete your own comments If you encounter posts or comments that clearly violate community guidelines, such as advertisements or insults: • Step 1: Click 【Report】 first, and we will verify and handle it as soon as possible • Step 2: You can directly 【Delete】 any violating comments in your own comment section 🔜 The block feature will be launched soon, allowing you to easily hide people you don’t want to see. 7️⃣ Mention (@) Feature Path: Community personal homepage → Top right 【...】 → 【Settings】 → 【Mention】 You can choose: • Allow anyone to @ you in posts and replies • Or switch to only allow people you follow to @ you ⚠️ If you find you cannot @ others, first check if the APP is updated to the latest version. Finally, a little preview (the following features are in development and will be launched soon) 1) Community Web version: browse the community on your computer 2) Block feature: one-click clean 3) Badge system: your identity marker, let the community know who you are 4) Short videos, long articles: more content formats, expression without limits These are all features that everyone has been calling for, and we are accelerating their development 💪 If you have any other questions or suggestions?
