Although it has been nearly a month since the day I started rebuilding my X account. But for me, building X seems to have just begun, do you know why? Because everything new always gives us a feeling of excitement and a strong determination. I always remind myself every day that this is just the beginning. And you, what has kept you persistent until now?

Good morning 🌿☀️💚 This weekend, we are spending a precious time with our club at the National Gimcheon Healing Forest in Gimcheon, Gyeongbuk, feeling the warmest comfort that nature gives and resting our body and mind. 😊🌲🍃 In the busy daily life, the clear air, the birdsong, and the gentle breeze brushing through the forest path make the morning truly peaceful. We are enjoying birch tree trekking, walking slowly along the path where the morning sunlight softly settles between the birch trees. With every step, the rustling sound of fallen leaves and the scent of the forest seep deep into the heart, making the accumulated fatigue and complicated thoughts gradually fade away. In nature, even without many words, the heart seems to find its own comfort. 🌿✨ During the following forest yoga session, we take deep breaths quietly in the forest and slowly release the tension in our bodies. It feels like the fresh air and natural energy fill the body completely, and even the stiff shoulders and tired mind feel much lighter. It is a truly grateful time that reminds us of the meaning of 'rest' that we often forget in our lives. 🧘‍♀️💚 Also, a carefully prepared warm meal fills not only the body but also the heart. Usually, we rush through meals, but today we sit leisurely, slowly savoring the warmth and taste of the food, enjoying a small happiness. ☕🍽️ We put down our phones for a moment, temporarily leaving our tasks and worries somewhere along the forest path, and fully feel the present moment. This morning, I realize anew how precious it is to pause for myself in nature. On this weekend morning, don’t spend your time too busily; try to slow down the pace of your heart even for a moment. You can enjoy leisure with a warm cup of tea or take a walk in a nearby park and breathe in the fresh air. A small rest will become a great happiness in your day. 💕 I hope your day is filled with more laughter than worries, and more leisure than busyness. I hope this healing time with our club remains a good memory for a long time, and that you have a happy and peaceful weekend, recharging both body and mind 🌿☀️💚✨
